•This is a solera wine started in 2011 that includes the following:

2011 = Airén that was harvested in December to make a sweet wine. Indigenous yeasts won creating a dry wine at 18% alcohol w/ 100 days of skin maceration

2012 = Must from Airén

2013 = Rosé

2014-2018 = Airéns of various levels of skin contact, some one year, others 100 days, one with no skin contact. Abrego parcel has been included as has Zierzo (loaded with soils high in calcareous content) and one vintage includes Airén that has seen a veil of flor.

•All vintages fermented via indigenous yeasts and aged in various vessels, mostly Spanish chestnut

•No SO2 added during entire process of vinification
