•Tebongo (2.2ha) + Anxelo (.6ha) + Paraxa (4ha) vineyards

•Slate, quartzite, clay, limestone soils

•Fermented via indigenous yeasts in stainless steel

•Aged six months in used French oak

•No SO2 added during entire process
