•Blend of Carrasquín, Albarín Tinto, Albarín Blanco, Verdejo Tinto, Mencía, etc. 

•La Zorrina vineyard (1.1ha)

•Slate, quartzite, anthracite soils

•Fruit mostly whole cluster fermented via indigenous yeasts in 2000L, open-top chestnut casks

•Aged approx. 18 months in used French oak

•No SO2 added during entire process of vinification

•5 barrels produced (2 x used, DRC barrels)
