2013 Cadario

•50/50 blend of Verdejo Tinto + Mencía 

•Tebongo vineyard (2.2ha)

•Slightly more fertile than other Urogallo sites; slate, quartzite, anthracite soils

•25% whole cluster fruit + fermentation via indigenous yeasts in 2500L, open-top chestnut casks. Rest of fruit it foot-trodden

•Aged approx. 15 months in used French oak

•No SO2 added during entire process of vinification

• 6 barrels produced
