I frequently get asked, "Do you train restaurant staff?" "Do you put on private tastings?" "Do you consult on lists for restaurants?" "Will you travel somewhere to consult on a project?" The answer is yes. I've guided wine classes from Minneapolis to Barbados, Chicago to New Zealand, worked on wine lists both in English and Spanish, educated restaurant staff at some of the country's best establishments, and much more. A culmination of almost 20 years visiting hundreds of cellars, consulting on dozens of wine/beer lists/projects, guiding restaurant staff, performing private tastings, consulting with importers/distributors, judging wine/beer competitions, etc. should not remain in one's head yet shared with others.
